Ariase is a French company. It was created in 2002, the purpose of its Web site in France has been to help internet users to compare Broadband (DSL, cable, satellite) or dial-up connections, in order for them to choose the most appropriate solution. Supported by the Rennes Atalante Institute of Technology ("Technopôle de Rennes Atalante") and by the French agency of technological innovation ("Agence francaise de l'Innovation"), Ariase created its own tools and obtained patents, then made them available for the general public.
