Excusez-moi mais mon français n'est pas assez bon pour écrire ce post en français donc je dois écrire en anglais, j'espère que vous comprendrez!
I want to buy a house in France and I need tres bon vitesse de haut debit. I have been given the results of an Ariase line test on the telephone line at a house I am interested in buying by my immobilier. The results are as follows:
Votre éligibilité ADSL Fibre WiFi-Wimax Satellite
Eligibilité Oui N/A N/A Oui
Débits jusqu'à 5.9 Mbits N/A N/A jusqu'à 2 Mbits
TV Disponible N/A N/A N/A
Longueur: 3080 m
Affaiblissement: 33.22 dB
The NRA information says:

ADSL Oui Eci

After reading the forums here I found a lot about affaiblissement of the line and the levels at which FT will supply ADSL2+. I used the table on this site to check the levels.
It seems that the house is just 1.22db over the limit to receive ADSL2+ with France Telecom  but I noticed that my NRA is dégroupage with SFR.
So my questions are :
Will SFR be as strict with attenuation limits as FT?
Would it be possible to get ADSL2+ with SFR with this 33.22 affaiblissement figure?
Is there a website I can test my line on that shows me the actual speed I might get with SFR?
The SFR eligibility site says:

However there is no indication of the actual speed that I might get on the line and whether it would be ADSL or ADSL2+ ??

That implies that you can expect 6 to 7 Mbps in the ADSL2 mode, and 12 to 14 Mbps in the ADSL2+ mode, depending of the SNR margin of your future line.

That means that SFR is free to gives you the ADSL mode that gives the best speed

Habitually SFR puts your line in G.DMT mode, that is for a maximum of 8 Mbps (6 to 7 in your case)

Absolutely 
When you will have got your connection, you will ask Damien_SFR to boost it in the ADSL2+ mode

The graph on this page will allow you to know about the theoretical speed you can expect
... else, you can try test it on degrouptest: it seems to give a value which is ISP depending.

Un grand merci Prououou pour toute votre aide. Voilà de bonnes nouvelles! Si j'achète la maison, je sais maintenant quoi faire et je vous remercie beaucoup.
Je trouve ce site très utile de connaître les vitesses dans les domaines que je suis à la recherche d'acheter et je traduis (très lentement!) Les messages du forum et de savoir à haut débit est de travailler (ou pas!) en France.
